Welcome to Livi Photographs, operated from Israel. By accessing liviphotographs.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products and orders

We sell fine art photography prints, framed posters, canvas prints, and related products through our online store. Products are made to order via our print fulfillment partner and shipped to the address you provide.

All product images are representative. Slight colour variation may occur between screen display and printed product due to monitor calibration and printing processes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in USD. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.

You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country upon delivery. These are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

3. Production and shipping

- Production: 2–5 business days after order confirmation - Shipping: additional time depending on destination (typically 7–20+ business days internationally) - Fulfillment is performed by our print partner (Prodigi) from facilities worldwide

4. Cancellations and returns

Our Returns & Refunds page describes your rights under Israeli Consumer Protection Law and our policies for customized made-to-order products.

Custom products: items made to your specifications (selected photograph, size, frame) may be exempt from standard cancellation rights once production has begun, as disclosed at purchase.

Defective or damaged items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will work with our print partner to replace or refund defective products.

5. Intellectual property

All photographs, designs, and content on this Site are owned by Livi Photographs and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Purchasing a print grants you a personal display licence only — not rights to reproduce or resell the image.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order - We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants you different rights.

8. Online dispute resolution (EU customers)

If you are in the European Union and have a complaint about a purchase that we have not resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
