This policy applies to purchases from Livi Photographs (liviphotographs.com), based in Israel, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and applicable regulations for distance selling.

1. Right of cancellation (Israeli customers)

For distance sales (online purchases), Israeli consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

To cancel, send a clear cancellation request to hello@liviphotographs.com. Include your name, order number, date of order, and a statement that you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt promptly.

2. Custom and made-to-order products

Our prints are produced specifically for you after you place an order (your chosen photograph, size, and frame). Under Israeli law, customised products may be exempt from the standard cancellation right, provided this is clearly disclosed before purchase.

- Cancel before production begins: full refund, no fee - Cancel after production begins (custom item): cancellation right may not apply - Defective, damaged, or wrong item: always covered — see Section 4

This is disclosed on product pages before you complete your purchase.

3. Refunds

When a cancellation is valid:

- Refund processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice - Refunded to original payment method (PayPal) - A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply where permitted by law. This fee does not apply if you cancel before shipment.

If you must return a non-defective item where cancellation applies, return shipping costs are generally borne by the consumer unless otherwise required by law.

4. Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, frame, or image):

- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@liviphotographs.com - Include your order number and photos of the damage or issue - Do not discard packaging until the matter is resolved

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, in coordination with our print fulfillment partner. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

5. International customers

Customers outside Israel may have additional statutory withdrawal rights under local consumer law (for example, the 14-day EU withdrawal period for distance contracts). Contact us at hello@liviphotographs.com and we will honour applicable mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.

Made-to-order goods may be exempt from withdrawal rights under EU law where disclosed before purchase (Article 16, EU Consumer Rights Directive).

6. Non-returnable situations

We cannot accept returns or cancellations for:

- Custom products once production has begun (as disclosed at purchase) - Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling - Change of mind after the applicable cancellation period has expired
